Pascale & Brett’s wedding was an awesome wedding that definitely packed a lot into one day! I started with both Brett & Pascale’s preparation photos and got some great shots of all the fun they were having simply getting ready. The ceremony was at the beautiful Cerretti Chapel at St Patrick’s in Manly – a stunning location both inside the chapel and outside with impressive buildings and views over Manly. Leonie & Steve – Long Reef Golf Club
It was a beautiful spring day for Leonie & Steve’s wedding at one of my favourite venues Long Reef Golf Club. I photographed Leonie’s preparations at the Bellagio Apartments in Narrabeen before heading to Long Reef Golf Club. You cant beat being so close to the beach for a wedding ceremony and everything went really well. The minister was Irish with that lovely accent and it was a nice link to the family that had come all the way from Ireland for the wedding. We did some location photos with the bridal party on Long Reef Beach itself near the rocks and took some golf carts up to the headland…
Shelley & Eric – Vibe Hotel – St Thomas’ North Sydney – Long Reef Golf Club
Shelley & Eric picked what I think is one of the best churches in Sydney – St Thomas’ Anglican Church in North Sydney. It is a beautiful example of late 1800’s architecture and apparently has the longest aisle in the Southern hemisphere! As you can see from the photos below it is a fantastic place to be married and the ceremony was conducted very ably by Paul Dale, a minister from a local church – the Church by the Bridge – in Kirribilli. Sue & Yupeng
Quite a different style of post today – Sue & Yupeng did a pre-wedding shoot with us and Yupeng actually proposed to Sue during the shoot!! As such it was very exciting day for these two and a real honour for me to be a witness to it all. We started the day in the studio for hair & makeup, then a few shots before heading to Long Reef. A drive into the city saw us under the Harbour Bridge right on sunset and we also had time for night shots. Melinda & Thomas – Pymble Ladies’ College Chapel – Pymble Golf Club
Melinda and Thomas were married at the Pymble Ladies’ College Chapel. The chapel is lovely and the ceremony was just beautiful – a real highlight was the song performed by one of Melinda’s bridesmaids. The shower of petals that greeted them as they walked down the Chapel steps was also very impressive! We drove to Long Reef for location photos and found some beautiful light at the end of the day…… and a curious pelican! Then it was back to the reception at the Pymble Golf Club.
