Samantha & Thibault has an awesome wedding day at Long Reef Golf Club. albeit with a little bit of rain and wind! Thibault’s friends & family made the journey all way from France so the day had a lovely mix of accents, plenty of attempts at French by all the Aussies, and even some ‘traditional’ barn dancing towards the end of the evening. The ceremony was moved inside at Long Reef given the inclement weather but we braved the wind and showering rain for some awesome photos. Pascale & Brett’s wedding was an awesome wedding that definitely packed a lot into one day! I started with both Brett & Pascale’s preparation photos and got some great shots of all the fun they were having simply getting ready. The ceremony was at the beautiful Cerretti Chapel at St Patrick’s in Manly – a stunning location both inside the chapel and outside with impressive buildings and views over Manly. Leonie & Steve – Long Reef Golf Club
It was a beautiful spring day for Leonie & Steve’s wedding at one of my favourite venues Long Reef Golf Club. I photographed Leonie’s preparations at the Bellagio Apartments in Narrabeen before heading to Long Reef Golf Club. You cant beat being so close to the beach for a wedding ceremony and everything went really well. The minister was Irish with that lovely accent and it was a nice link to the family that had come all the way from Ireland for the wedding. Kelly & Joe had a beautiful wedding day with the ceremony at Bradley’s Head and the reception at Long Reef Golf Club – two great spots. It was a mid-week wedding and it was great to be able to take photos without crowds of people around or contend with traffic! The ceremony at Bradley’s Head was lovely with a perfect cover of cloud and Kelly’s entrance down the curving staircase a beautiful moment. Shelley & Eric – Vibe Hotel – St Thomas’ North Sydney – Long Reef Golf Club
Shelley & Eric picked what I think is one of the best churches in Sydney – St Thomas’ Anglican Church in North Sydney. It is a beautiful example of late 1800’s architecture and apparently has the longest aisle in the Southern hemisphere! As you can see from the photos below it is a fantastic place to be married and the ceremony was conducted very ably by Paul Dale, a minister from a local church – the Church by the Bridge – in Kirribilli. Rebecca & Sean – Long Reef Golf Club – Narrabeen Rock Pools
Rebecca & Sean were married on a perfect Northern Beaches’ summer day at Long Reef Golf Club. Long Reef is a favourite venue of mine – you cant beat being so close to the ocean and there are plenty of great photo locations very close by! The day was a lot of fun, with plenty of laughs from the bridal party. We did preparation photos in Narrabeen with Rebecca, the ceremony at Long Reef, then jumped in the car for some location photos at the Narrabeen Rock Pools, and then back to Long Reef headland for a fantastic sunset!
